Meet Laret. Our fearless leader! As passionate about design as she is the Tennessee Titans! After graduating from Auburn University’s esteemed School of Architecture with a Bachelor of Interior Design (War Eagle!), Laret left her hometown of Montgomery, Alabama and moved north with her Southampton, NY sweetheart, making Nashville their home. RACHEL CAPPADONA
Senior Interior Designer, NCIDQ

Meet Rachel. From an early age she spent many outings with her father, an architect, looking at projects that were in process and cultivated an eye for design. Rachel is a native upstate New Yorker who found herself graduating from interior design school in the South at O’More College of Design. She can’t get enough of the nitty gritty aspects of design, from initial schematics to tracking down where furniture shipments are in real time, Rachel takes pride in making sure every project runs smoothly. In her spare time, she loves road trips, Indian food, and spending time with her family.
KATHERINE ELMS

Meet Kat. She’s an almost Native Nashvillian, and began her design career after graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. During the five plus years that Kat has been with Casella Interiors, she has been exposed to the wide variety of both commercial and residential projects and continues to be excited to push the details of all things design. Outside of the office, you can find her trying new restaurants around town, playing tennis or practicing yoga, and browsing through antique stores.
KATE SMITH

Meet Kate. Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, (yes, she’s a real unicorn!) Kate earned her Interior Architecture degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She moved to the northeast for a brief time after college, but then boomeranged right back after realizing Nashville was the place to be. Kate’s eye for detail and amazing organizational skills make her a great team member! When she’s not rapidly drafting you can find her dreaming of building furniture, snuggling with her dog or binging on a great movie.
SARA TEGLIA

Meet Sara. Hailing from the Midwest, Sara didn’t have to go far for design inspiration living in the Chicago suburbs. After graduating from Belmont’s O’More College of Architecture and Design with a degree in Interior Design, Sara decided to stay in Nashville and make it her new home. Passionate about all things design, Sara adds a fresh perspective as well as the design skills to bring each project to completion. When not exploring Nashville, you’ll find Sara practicing yoga with friends, painting, traveling with family, cooking, baking and hanging out with her cat, Willow.
KAITLYN DELP
Junior Designer
Meet Kaitlyn. A Tennessean by way of Virginia, Kaitlyn grew up with family in commercial construction, surrounded by the world of architecture and design. Getting to walk through job sites and see each building go from start to finish made her passion for the design world blossom from a young age. Kaitlyn graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with an interior architecture degree (Go Vols!). With an eye for detail and great REVIT skills, Kaitlyn is an asset to each project she’s on. During off-hours you’ll find her spending time with friends and family, cheering on the Volunteers, reading a good book, or giving into her sweet tooth with some ice cream.
