Principal, NCIDQ, LEED AP

Meet Laret. Our fearless leader! As passionate about design as she is the Tennessee Titans! After graduating from Auburn University’s esteemed School of Architecture with a Bachelor of Interior Design (War Eagle!), Laret left her hometown of Montgomery, Alabama and moved north with her Southhampton, NY sweetheart, making Nashville their new home. Laret is a runner, artist, art lover, and avid sports fan. She loves spending time with friends and hanging out with her husband, Jeff, and their son, Finn.

Senior Interior Designer, NCIDQ

Meet Rachel. From an early age she spent many outings with her father, an architect, looking at projects that were in process and cultivated an eye for design. Rachel is a native upstate New Yorker who found herself graduating from interior design school in the South at O’More College of Design. She can’t get enough of the nitty gritty aspects of design, from initial schematics to tracking down where furniture shipments are in real time, Rachel takes pride in making sure every project runs smoothly. In her spare time, she loves road trips, Indian food, and spending time with her family.

Project Designer, Leed Green Associate

Meet Kat. She’s an almost Native Nashvillian, University of Tennessee at Chattanooga graduate, and our office fashionista! Kat is very excited to be working at Casella Interiors and being exposed to the wide variety of both commercial and residential projects. Her interests outside of design include obsessing over skincare, traveling, going to spin and kickboxing classes, and searching for the city’s best happy hours and restaurants.

Project Designer

Meet Mary Campbell. From interior design to sports (Go Bulldogs!), Mississippi State University has played a large role in her life! Mary Campbell’s family encouraged her love for the arts (especially painting) and design. With an eye for detail and the ability to bring fresh ideas to every project, she’s a great team player. Since graduating from MSU, Mary Campbell has married her high school sweet heart and keeps busy walking their dog, traveling and nerding out about historic preservation.

Junior Designer

Meet Kate. Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, (yes, she’s a real unicorn!) Kate earned her Interior Architecture degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She moved to the northeast for a brief time after college, but then boomeranged right back after realizing Nashville was the place to be. Kate’s eye for detail and amazing organizational skills make her a great team member! When she’s not rapidly drafting you can find her dreaming of building furniture, snuggling with her dog or binging on a great movie.

Junior Designer

Meet Grace. She’s a Nashville native who graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and has wanted to be an interior designer since she was young. Grace is passionate about historic preservation and designing every space to be a special experience for the user. In her spare time Grace enjoys traveling, exploring the ever-changing Nashville scene with her friends and family, attending local sporting events, and searching for a cheap old house that she can restore.
